GSA Advantage

Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e)

HART provides services to the US Navy under Contract No. N00178-14-D-7741 on the NAVSEA SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) acquisition program. Click on the link below for detailed information regarding this contract and associated task orders.

Seaport Next Generation (Seaport-NXG)

HART provides services to the US Navy under Contract No. N00178-19-D-7754 on the NAVSEA SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NXG) acquisition program.

DOTC-NAC

HART has been a member of the DoD Ordinance Technology Consortium / National Armaments Consortium (DOTC-NAC) since 2016 and has successfully basketed a number of prototype whitepapers and successfully completed the associated tasking.

C5

HART has been a member of the Consortium for Command, Control and Communications in Cyberspace since 2018 and specializes in the following Technology Focus Areas: Training, Systems Integration, Software and Hardware Technologies, and Modeling and Simulation.

Marine Corps System Command (MCSC)

Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) OTA. This five-year, renewable agreement has no ceiling and is structured to provide MCSC with access to member capabilities in C5 through a single acquisition instrument.

Naval Surface Technology & Innovation Consortium (NSTIC)

The Naval Surface Technology & Innovation Consortium (NSTIC) has established an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) to engage industry and academia to develop and mature technologies in the field of surface technology innovation that enhance Navy mission effectiveness.

Naval Aviation Systems Consortium (NASC)

The Naval Aviation Systems Consortium (NASC) has been formed to support the technology needs of the Naval Air Warfare Centers (NAWCs) and the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) through the use of Other Transaction (OT) Authority.
